when i was little. I used to have this nightmare where i was in a huge crater and over there would be this monster. He was super huge and would be walking around growling. I would always find myself hiding behind rocks in this nightmare. While all of this was going on I'd hear a voice telling me to not move at all. This monster was so sensitive to movement that even the blink of an eye would drive him berserk and he would start stomping and kicking trying to crush me.
While all of this was going on in this nightmare, I'd be out of my bed crying and screaming, running around the room or even the house some times. My mom used to grab a hold of me but i'd still be seeing things even when my eyes were open. All of this would stop right after i took nice a long piss. I still get this nightmare some times. But i have learned how to face it.
